    • REITs sure are taking a beating with the rates rising. I still think its a good idea to load up — the Fed may end up reversing its course once they push the rates too far and defaults surge.

  1. That’s a healthy total for Feb. from multiple sources. I still never jumped aboard the options train but see it contributing nicely to your monthly total. Showing a year over year increase just affirms you are doing the right things. Keep up the good work.

Nice stuff R2R. Over $700 for February is fantastic. Our pure passive income via dividends was kind of blah but if you add in the active options income we crushed it with around $2,400 total for the month. How much are you seeing from your crypto mining on a monthly basis? Has it been doing pretty well for you?

    • Thanks JC. Thats pretty amazing that you were able to generate $2400 in options. Crypto is a very small part — I am experimenting with this provider and bought a very small contract, it generates about $15-$20 /month right now

    • Thanks PCI. Options can be a bit tricky as you have to take what a market gives you. I am looking to simply use an ETF instead of trying to time something and generating small returns and losing a portion in fees. BMO seems to have some good ETFs that use options income to juice the yield.
