  1. Thanks for sharing the various posts and reads…Also, thanks for sharing all the stock analyses you’ve found. I’ll be sharing them in our collection of stock analyses as well. 😉

As always, thanks for sharing the link to our collection. Nice that we can help each other out on this financial journey towards FI. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! AFFJ

Thanks for the mention. Just wondering where you got the graphic from? Clearly, the UK are not gonna be cutting rates any time soon… but thankfully we’re not putting them up just yet either (saves me my mortgage increase)

    Cheers!

    • You are welcome, M. Happy to share your article.
The graphic is from Market Watch – link is at the bottom. Thats a good thing – that your mortgage will stay the same. We got a bit of cut recently – so that was welcome news.

  3. Thanks for the list — there are some interesting ones! I’ve seen several bloggers comment on
the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Letter 2014. I might just have to read that one first!

  4. R2R,
Whew I got stuck reading and linking through your links! I’ve been reading a lot about AMGN and I see why you purchased it, the management is great and very shareholder friendly especially looking ahead. I’ll be happy to add AMGN to my portfolio once entry yield hits where I am comfortable at. Thanks for sharing.

    • HAha….hope you didnt kiss your weekend goodbye reading the articles all wknd – but then again, there are worse ways to spend a weekend 🙂
Yeah, AMGN sure is attractive and I feel very confident about it. Note that there have been new developments in the last week – where the FDA approved its first biosimilar drug – and the drug approved is a much cheaper version than AMGN’s drug. I have linked the articles in this post.

  5. Great list you got there, plenty of food for thought. I was pretty surprised when I read about AAPL joining the DJIA in place of T. As a shareholder of both companies, it matters little to me really, but it was still surprising. I also recently just signed up with Seeking Alpha, I got tired of not being able to read certain articles. So far it seems like a good source of stock news and analysis. Thanks for the updated list of articles, they really do help.

    • I was surprised with the AT&T aspect too. There has been talk about including AAPL in the Dow for a while, but I figured that IBM would get the boot, but AT&T has taken the fall. Oh well…this will provide some buying opportunity in AT&T, so I welcome it 🙂
Glad you like the list, HMB…thanks for the words of encouragement. SA can provide some great reads too – there are some great authors (and some bad ones) there.

      Best wishes
